Full-time · $30–$33/hour · Atlanta-based · Up to 25% Southeast travel

Your job is to make the whole crew productive and finish the job. Plan distinct work for three people, keep tools and materials ready, remove blockers, verify measurable output, and close every open item. We need a working field leader who increases team capacity without letting quality or communication slip.

What you will own

Break the scope into parallel work packages for a three-person crew. Give each person a measurable target and a clear definition of done.
Check production at midday and end of day: planned versus completed quantities, crew-hours used, blocked work, and the recovery plan.
Read drawings and scopes, coordinate pathways and access, and keep work aligned with standards.
Perform daily walkthroughs, verify workmanship, drive punch-list closure, and prevent hidden incomplete work.
Own testing, labeling, redlines, photos, closeout documentation, and a clean customer handoff.
Install and troubleshoot when the crew needs technical leadership without becoming the only person who can solve a problem.

Minimum bar

3+ years of hands-on commercial low-voltage experience
Evidence of organizing a crew, measuring its output, and driving a project through testing and closeout
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to travel up to 25% and work occasional nights or weekends

Strong pluses

Own suitable work truck preferred, not required
Copper and fiber termination/testing
Racks, Wi-Fi, surveillance, access control, intrusion, or A/V
Lift, OSHA, BICSI, or manufacturer certifications
Experience with drawings, daily reports, and closeout packages
