Like building things, fixing things, or figuring out how technology works? Help our field team install cabling and network equipment while you learn the trade. You do not need a polished résumé or previous networking job. Bring reliability, practical curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

What you will own

Help technicians pull, route, label, and organize cable under supervision.
Help mount equipment and prepare tools and materials as directed.
Learn basic networking, testing, and low-voltage installation skills.
Follow safety instructions, ask when unsure, and keep the work area tidy.
Arrive on time, communicate clearly, and follow through on assigned tasks.

Minimum bar

Handy and comfortable learning practical tasks
Interested in building things and learning networking or low-voltage work
Reliable attendance and follow-through
Own reliable transportation to assigned jobsites
Willing to follow instructions and safe working practices

Strong pluses

DIY, repair, maker, computer-building, or home-network projects
Familiarity with basic hand tools
Some networking knowledge, or a strong interest in learning
A short description of something you built or fixed; photos are optional
